Japan has a lot of P4P options. While many japanese marriages end up sexless shortly after marriage or after the 1st child, there is not shortage of opportunity for Japanese guys to get their rocks off...
Massage, pink salon (BJ places), delivery health, soapy establishment, meet-ups for compensation (often with a high school or university aged girl who only does this part time). Some areas of Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (and other cities) are very obviously offering this -- Tokyo has actually many red light districts.
There are also some street walkers offering massage or even FS but many if most of them are not Japanese. Talk to them 2 seconds and you hear the FIlipino accent or say something in Thai and you'll see...
In Tokyo, I have tried the pink salons once before. A pink Salon is basically a dark place where you get a BBBJ often TCIM on a kind of sofa... in public. The seats are arranged so you get no direct view on your neighbours. It's darkish so hard to see details of neighbours also. But... I was utterly disappointed. You walk up into the shop, can chose from not so accurate pictures or let them chose for you. Choice of girl is restricted by being Gaijin. Then sitting in a dark environment on some shitty sofa with a red light as the soul source of light… Being given a girl that I don't even find attractive… And having neighbours who are doing the same as I am… not my cup of tea. I could not even get hard let alone finish. Such a waste of money.
Another time, I've had a chance to have a very horny guy Japanese friend bring me to a soap land. This was better… although my choice of girl was also restricted because I'm a foreigner. Nonetheless, the girl was moderately cute and super nice so we enjoyed our time but it's not something I would repeat in that kind of condition. Same as in Thailand, you get soaped up, wash, BJ in bath, then go lie down and more massage/ tease/ BJ and FS eventually. Cannot remember the cost, but over $200 USD for sure. I would have rated the girl as a 6-6.5/ 10.
Another time in Okinawa I also got to try a soap land, which this time was much more open to gaijin. (AMerican military base not so far makes for more Gaijin customers I guess). Then, again, my choice of woman was restricted by my ethnicity… But she was a notch up from my first soap land experience. She was more slim, a good performer, we did about the same routine as the previous soapy. I had a good, but not cheap time. But I would again rate the girl as a 6.5 / 10 ...
In Osaka is where I've had had my better experiences. There is a small area, Tobita Shinchi, which is quite famous and more "freely" accepts foreigners (though it’s not the only one…). Not all girls do Gaijins, but quite enough will smile, wink and call you so you get decent choice. Many girls are pretty. You walk on the street and… It's a little bit like Amsterdam… The girls are sitting inside an open space from a house that is open to the outdoors. There is also the matron, who does the dealing. But at least you can look at them in good light and they can see you and you can have some sort of interaction like in a fishbowl where the girl might smile at you in motion to you if she's interested in you. This way you can weed out the girls who don't want any foreigners. You smile at them, say hi if you’re interested and approach her. The mamasan will show you a price list, point what you want if you accept, pay up and go up with the girl to a room upstairs.
Officially these houses are "tea houses" (that's their licence...). The girl usually starts by offering you some tea and a small snack. There is no shower, she literally cleans you off with a hand towelette and you do the deed there. It’s quite wham bam thank you ma’am. But both times I went, the girls were cute, the ones who motioned to me were super open to foreigners, not scared about size and gave good « efficient » GFE. If I remember correctly the price comes to about 1000Y per minute… yes! That much… Worth a try. Usually 15-20 minutes is the time limit! If you overstay, you hear mamasan screaming something at the girl to remind her of her obligations...
Some people find Tobita Shinchi "weird" / dangerous looking. Remember you are in Japan, in an area heavily controlled by the "powers that be" ... You would be in trouble if you were drunk, misbehaving and trying to impose yourself or really overstay with a lady. I am sure you would be "evacuated" outside the neighbourhood... But otherwise, I felt totally safe in that place. Remember the yakuza have vested interest in everything being "safe and good for business". They would lose a lot more if the area were full of physical agressions (even if all robberies) vs if the business runs smoothly...
