How well-known are walk-up buildings?

I still consider myself very new to punting so whenever i go to a walk-up building i've never been to, i am still nervous and trying to avoid having people see me go in. For me personally, even though im new to HK, i've recently gone into walk-up buildings that i've realised i have walked past and had no clue what was inside. I remember walking past the Fuji building years ago thinking oh wow such a fancy building, cool.

Anyways, my question is : how well known are these walk-up buildings? Is it safe to say almost every local HKer knows or at least has an idea that "that building" is for 141s? Or maybe unless punting is a hobby of yours, you would never know? I never even knew this hobby was legal in HK until 2022!
