The above link mentioned that the Phuket local authority has approved a new no quarantine plan for foreign visitors starting from July 1. I don't know whether such plan still need the approval from the PM.

Anyway, to make the plan feasible, Phuket authority targets a 70% vaccination rate to achieve herb immunity. Hence, nearly one million vaccine should be available for the locals before July. The fact is the vaccine from AstraZeneca (61 million) will only be available in Q3 & Q4. It's still a long road to go.
