Agree with you, a healthy diet is important. I only know simple cooking. l prepare these breakfast for my family during home office.
Mon. Fried egg, avocado toast, carrot, berries
Tue. Boiled egg, yogurt with tropical fruits
Wed. Sweet potato tots, veggie omelette, berries
Thur. Breakfast burrito with scrambled egg, avocado, salsa,
tomato
Fri. Blueberry pancake, fried egg, tropical fruits
Sat. Spinach scramble, avocado, berries
