One Cardio exercise per week, usually 10Km.

3 gym sessions per week minimum, weight training. With 10-15 mins cardio the end of each session.

A couple of late night walks after dinner, maybe 4-5Km..

It is also about eating healthy. Less meat, less crappy carbs. You just need to find something that suits you.
