Mastov, I would actually suggest Thailand as top of your list instead.
You can avoid the bars and freelancers, but instead check into a nice 5 star hotel for a little over US$100-150 per night and be treated like a VIP. There are a lot of high end clubs / full service place that is foreign / farang friendly that is cater by Japanese and Korean businessmen. These places will cost THB 2,000 to 3,000 for short time to THB 5,000 to 6,000 for all night depend on quality.
Some places you can sing karaoke and drink with them and they will give you nice service.
Also getting around Bangkok is not as bad as you think. Yes traffic can be but the Skytrain and subway is very convenient nowadays.
Some of the Thai girls can have light colour skin so you can take your pick, and most of their services are good especially if you go to those places frequented by Japanese / Korean or Asians like Singaporeans and Chinese guys. I promise you after a couple of weeks in Thailand your nuts and wallet will be much lighter but you LB and mind will be totally satisfied! | |

Thailand has many lighter skinned ladies, and they cater to Korean/Japanese so I think you will have a good time there. |
