I am an older American and go to China several times per year on business. But mainly to one city! The KTV scene there is fine. Don't know about the other options, Sauna, BBS's, etc as I don't frequent them.
However, I have yet to find a full naked one but the take out options are good. May not be quite as wild as the CP/CA were, but less commercial also and less money, 3/6/9 and 3/7/12 are the normal ranges. No butterflying. Hotel costs may be a bit less than other areas, but I do get a special rate in my 4 star hotel as I know the owner.
The city is (as far as I am concerned) the prettiest city in China, clean, modern, great climate, golf courses, hot springs, etc. RT Air fare from major cities in China are from $200 to $300 US dollars. So with the lower cost of the WG's you get a fairly good ROI.
