There remain uncertainties about this website's future, but not its present. If this website was a target of the police, it would not still be operating. The only remaining questions concern whether those at the helm of this forum's software and servers are able to continue doing the fine job they have done up to this point.
On this question, we don't know very much. But we do know that the sex141 front page has been changed over the last week, and therefore, someone is indeed running things. We don't know who, and we don't know how the current situation impacts or changes their aspirations for this forum. But we do at least know that server actions can and have been taken on the front page of sex141.
So, reports of the death of this forum seem to be genuinely premature. In the future? Who knows. But for now, the forum is alive and well, and doing what it has always done: provide a medium through which people can exchange stories and ideas about sex.
