People make rules, and rules should be changed due to current situation.

this site is dead. It's also a matter of time this forum might die as well, but the way i see it, it'll probably take a VERY long time for the forum to die.
Chances of it coming back alive IMO is slim to none. The owners of this site probably have wayyyyy bigger issue to worry about compared to this sub-forum (English) of the main forum (Chinese forum) who is now releasing the names of rival sites. The only people who will ban others are basically moderators who still want to hold some sort of power on this forum.
As I said before this is just a suggestion. If there's some miracle that this site is brought back to life the new rules can be reverted.
Why am I so certain this site is dead. History do repeat itself, back in the days the other site got the same crack down and it NEVER came back. Now I don't know what happen to those who started the site, I don't know if they are in jail or just stayed away from this business or started another site, but the fact is the original site is gone and most people have forgotten about it already because new sites replaced it. The way I see it is this site (at least the HK section) is never gonna come back. HK government won't allow it. Think about the news if this site is back up again how bad will the police and HK gov look... it'll be ridiculous.
So once again, why are we trying to hide the names of the other rival site when:
1. this site is dead
2. the rules can be changed
3. the rule can always be reverted if it seems fitting to do so in the future
4. the owners probably don't care at this point
Finally just wanna add, it's not like I'm dying to know the names of the other sites because honestly I know them, I just think it's kinda backwards to be stuck with a rule that doesn't really have any real cause anymore.
