You may not find that "perfect" fit the first time.  But dont give up.  In my time in HK (almost 5 years) I had many, many bargirl "girlfriends".  And it was a pretty damn special experience.  No place like it precisely for this reason.  (much harder in the US or ANY western country to create these kinds of WG relationships).   So, go for it Bro.  Have fun.   (and I posted on here about MANY of my Wanchai girlfriends (including one where I was the one who got too serious) so there might be some useful material there for you.
