Never got caught, knock on wood. I am very discrete and keep a very low profile on my mongering.
I use Chrome's Incognito Mode to view the these forums and only view and log in from home. My wife thinks it's just another forum or that I'm looking at hot naked chicks.
If my SO caught me, then it would be over. Plain and simple. The name of the game is to keep things hidden. Once I'm caught, the social consequences are dire and things will never be the same. It's just best we both move on then.
It helps that I never feel guilty and that I am just committed only to her. Mongering is a business for me, period. I like to lay, have some fun, but I find too many WGs have way too much baggage, issues, or other nasty emotional tidbits that would make a relationship with them very difficult. My SO is the only woman I love now. I don't ever get emotionally involved long term with another girl. That's just jumping into fire.
I admire the brothers who can handle two or more steady relationships at the same time, especially if they are open about it. I just don't know how they find the time and energy to do so without all their SOs getting jealous.
