Bro, with utmost sincerity I hope you learn that money cannot buy a good relationship. Easily said, but hard when you're hit by your 3, 2 and you have 1.
Truth is you CAN have

with a caring girl
WITHOUT paying her anything or giving her any gifts whatsoever
with NO STRINGS
so I say keep the money, fuck first, THEN buy gifts if you're motivated to and have spare cash. Reward the ones that prove their sincerity ... they're worth every cent you have! If you believe that, you will get luckier and luckier.
It's a game. Play it as a game, with rules and plays that work, and strategies that don't work, and you'll win and enjoy winning. Play it as something you have to earn, or as a club you have to buy your way into, and you'll be played yourself.
With the proviso that if you're feeling sexually neglected, it's worth spending some money on pros first, with price and service agreed upfront, just to get your confidence back.
It's your confidence that will make you attractive to 'good girls' who deserve all you've got to give them in bed and out of it.
Most important piece of confidence? The confidence to walk away, respectfully and kindly, saying "I know what I deserve, and want, and that's not it".
