just my 2 cents...i've PMd with ethnic Indian bros on this board who are absolute gentlemen. not to mention the talented individuals from the subcontinent i've known socially or worked with. as wander has repeatedly said, there are twisted individuals from everywhere/anywhere...just glad they are few in number.
the important thing here is to try to CATCH this guy if possible, which is why MISinformation can be dangerous. the HKP need the best description they can get. if they can triangulate this guy somehow (and remember that sickos like this one have enemies and "frenemies"--sometimes LE gets anonymous calls...), they have a chance of finding him. we have a relatively safe society here in HK, and the HKP wants to keep it that way. so the more info gathered, the better.
in any case, let's direct positive thoughts towards Rose and her recovery.
