Sorry to hear about your friend and I hope she recovers soon from her injuries.
This is exactly the kind of bottom swelling scumbags that re-spark up my urge to beat the living shits outta someone. I mean beating a women is bad enough whichI have in the past on countless occasions stood up for a stranger after seeing the dude/dudes strike a gal and almost killing the dude who did it. Women beaters army biggest pet peeve and for someone to do this to a WG and "Rob" them of their belongings is even worse.
I don't know how this dude would know that she has overstayed her visa prior to picking her out though. I mean would he chat up every gal until he comes across one that lets him know that they have overstayed??
Regardless of how as you have mentioned that it may be the same guy, and there is no way of reporting this dude for the protection of the WG's with expired visas as he will definitely be laying low from the bar scene for the next little while.
Unfortunately these are the type of risks involved in the business which actually started the whole CCTV thing for walk up's.
