Small increase in attendance this year so the league total rise to 73,425,667 fans for the 2011 regular season. Quite remarkable when you consider the state of the US economy.
In the American League, I'm betting the Yankees will take the Detroit.
Texas too good for Tampa Bay.
The Yankees will then top Texas in the second round and advance to the World Series.
In the National League, Philadelphia too good for St Louis, and Milwaukee will beat Arizona. Philadelphia will be too good for Milwaukee in the League Championship Series and advance to the World Series.
In the World Series, despite their amazing pitching, the Yankees will be too good for Philadelphia in 7 games.
