Always book by SMS, don't call. People can read english much more readily than they can hear and speak it. I always go the SMS route and never have had a problem.
Are you sure you were B&S'd? It's more likely that the DB pics were excessively photoshopped, particularly the face. I've had visits where, at the door, I could swear I was being B&S'd, and then back home I'd check the DB and sure enough, I could make out the resemblance to the girl at the hotel. | |
