My phone is a Blackberry. The App is named Chameleon2 (from the Blackberry App Store) and it is killer. You can rename it so it sounds normal enough (such as Config Files, or something else boring) and password-protect it. It allows you to store all your secret contacts and then filters all sms's and calls (in and out) from these numbers - and it also allows you to block all calls from these numbers. It works brilliantly.
I can let my SO use my phone all day without freaking out that an SMS or phone call from a chick will show up.
