#1 Post at 18-3-2011 14:06  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Using my real phone number for HGs? I've been mainly using walk-ups, but recently I want to move up to using HGs. I've been living in HK for a few years now so I have my permanent cell phone number, so I would like to ask if I should use the phone I have to call the agents, or should I get a pay-as-you-go card just for calling the HGs? I don't have a wife so I'm not worried about someone finding the phone bill, but just worried that I might have a bad experience with an agent and they'll start harassing me. Any suggestions? thanks!

They forwarded the number to the escort girl whom I had called for an outcall to my home. The girl called me back a few times after that experience asking if I was free/busy etc. It was mostly just missed calls - I picked up once and she tried to talk me into a session. Just told her I"m busy and to stop calling me. Hasn't called back since. Best to use a pay as you go SIM to be safe.

#5 Post at 19-3-2011 14:25  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Well, I think fjackass's experience is rare.  I can't be bothered to switch sim cards all frickn day long.  So, instead I use software apps to lock my phone down like Fort Knox.  Filters allow me to divert all clandestine sms's to a hidden password-protected file.  No calls from these numbers are seen or heard, etc.   I can pass my phone to my SO all day long without being freaked out.  Better than multiple SIM cards ("why do you have those, Dear?") IMHO

#7 Post at 21-3-2011 09:13  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Reply #6 chelu's post My phone is a Blackberry.  The App is named Chameleon2 (from the Blackberry App Store) and it is killer.  You can rename it so it sounds normal enough (such as Config Files, or something else boring) and password-protect it.  It allows you to store all your secret contacts and then filters all sms's and calls (in and out) from these numbers - and it also allows you to block all calls from these numbers.  It works brilliantly.   I can let my SO use my phone all day without freaking out that an SMS or phone call from a chick will show up. I kind of regret usingmy real phone (although faking my name) to a WG before. She did not call me back but who knows if she did and someone found out about it. Now I know what best to do when confronted with this issue.

Even if SO finds it, "it's just an old phone, I don't use it no more"... and toss the whole thing in the bin the same night...

There seems no reason not to use one. Most phones allow you to store numbers on the SIM card, so you don't even need a cheap second phone if you don't want one.

Inside the package was a promotional offer to buy a cheap Samsung phone for just $100 from Peoples. What a deal! No need to go shopping for a phone. So I advise others to buy a prepaid sim card first to see what offers may lay inside the package.
