Actually this is all the too common affliction known as Yellow fever. Nothing to be alarmed about and its something that a lot of my Western friends got really sick with - some of them a near death experiece when their SO figured out what REALLY was the matter with her man. LOL!
All I can say is - be careful - be very careful as you're now in rather unfamiliar territory on your own....seeing as most of your past experiences etc had been with females of your own race. Like it or not, there ARE differences - whether language, cultural, tastes or even just d'ruthers in different races.
