Theres a lot of utilities to recover lost data, just try google and you'll find plenty of them.

Most are shareware or commercial with a trying period.

Actually, when you delete a file,it is not really removed : the system just delete it from the list of existing file. So as long as
a new file is not written over your old one, chances are to recover it. However, you should not use you memory card until you recover the data you are looking for are.
