It's an American thing; over here we pray to the Baby Jesus (Baby pronounced 'bebe').
The Reverend, who is obviously a Good Man, doesn't seem to understand that his question implies moral condemnation. He is implicitly stating that we are insensitive and cruel creatures who, just for a bit of pussy, betray our women. He wants to know, how on earth, we can bring ourselves to do such a thing, because he "really couldn't do it." He expects he'd feel guilty and "hopes it doesn't happen to him."
If he didn't think guys in relationships seeing prostitutes was Wrong, why the guilt thing, and why raise the question at all?
And then to add insult to injury, the guy accuses us of being too dumb to understand his post.
Does his unctuous tone not justify a bit of mockery from a humble, if morally inferior, bro?
