In particular Syphillis,Gonorrhea & Chylamydia. Regardless we practice safe sex or not there is is always the possibility of getting infected. This particular antibiotic is scientifically proven to help mitigate or prevent infection especially if taken  for the next 3 days after sex. I think WGs should take doxyprep to protect themselves and as an added benefit, us mongers don't have to worry about catching something.
