I went in January 2024, and the going price is as you said 3000bht.  Having said that there are some who will quote 5000bht, if they don’t really want to engage with you, or just shake their head no.  

The girl I picked up initially asked for 3000 and as I hesitated to reply she said “if we leave now it will be 2500 bht. As she was mcot, I quickly agreed and she provided great non rushed service.

When I was there in January, discussing services was not an issue.  I spoke to a few girls prior to making a decision and talking about services they provided appeared normal.  FS is a given at Thurmae, the only service you may wish to discuss is extra options, i.e., kissing, DATY, anal, etc.

One thing I will say, there is a lot of office & city workers who are doing this after work.
