Out of curiosity i dropped by @ True Obsession, a famous lady-boy bar.  It was surprisingly fun.  I came in and immediately the ladyboys present themselves to you, trying to push you into choosing someone to sit next to you.  Half of them look stunning and the other half was quite alright.    The ladyboy i picked was quite sweet.  She had her ladydrink and drank quite slowely.  No mamasan pushing and the music was not to loud so an actual conversation was possible.   We talked a bit about her surgeries (forehead extention, wtf!) , hormon treatment, etc.   After 30 mins, paid and left for other bars.

Very pleasant bar to go to.  If anyone has any doubts or is a bit curious, just have a drink. They won't bite if you don't allow them

OMG, What a shitty bar with some amazing looking girls.   The mamasan looks like an off brand wg herself.  Told me to come in, at the door told me if want to fuck.  Told her maybe, lets see some girls.    I pick one and she has a ladydrink shot.  Drank it immediately and asked for another. Riiiight.  Told her to wait a couple of minutes.  But maybe 60 secs later her mamasan told me to offer her another drink and one for her.  And maybe a tip.  Agreed to one drink for the girl.  And another shot came.  Then the nagging for boom boom started.  She wants to do NOW and they have room.  I told her its to soon, and then she just said i can change girl and she basically left.  She jumped on the stage and basically told me i can leave now.

Paid up, but then i did saw a very very very hot girl.  Beautiful body and a very innocent looking face.  a 10 face with a 9 body.   I believe her number was 71. Got her over asap and she had a beer ladydrink.  The mamasan starts asking for boomboom and i inquire about teh prices (5K with barfine included).   But before i pay i wanted to confirm if a BBBJ is possbile and that was met with a firm no.   No safe she told me and the i left, thinking i dodged a bullet.   If they are so pushy and rushed to get a girl out, i have some doubts the actual boom boom would be nice.  

The most unpleasant bar i have seen so far.  Weird vibes.   Maybe other punters had more success here?

(After all this, went back to Geisha and barfined my regular there.  Really like this club.  Cool mamasan, and some great look girls over there.)

1punt2punt4 :   I was really nervous weeks before my visit and up onto the first night.   I have never gone to a bar alone in my life.  It would always go with at least 1 friend.   To do something so new at my blessed age of 45 was difficult.

But, i must say, truly, the staff and people around you give zero fucks if you are alone, with 2 or in a group.  And i mean "zero fucks".  It doesnt even register as a thing it seems.  Total lack of judgement to my surprise.  I have been there 4 or 5 times and not once i got a bad feeling from anyone there.    Maybe they even prefer you come alone because you won't waste time chatting to your friends.  Its a business and they want you as a customer.

Its a lot of fun and becoming something to look forward to.

Really, don't worry, just give it a try.  Skip to the 2nd floor as the ground floor is the most intimidating (people watchers).  Many men seem to travel alone, nobody is judging because we are all there for the same reasons.  And a bonus is that there is a no camera policy and it shows, you don't really see people taking pictures or even watching their phones.  It feels like going out in the 90's. No phones

Haha, that's the spirit. I was the same at the beginning, would have a few drinks before going to Nana to calm the nerves.

Didn't matter if you go alone, way easier to get a seat if you are. Only thing I miss is sometimes comparing tastes with someone so at one time, just got chatting to a gov worker from England and had a decent night.

I see guys in 2 or 3s and ALL they do is sit there with 1 drink all night... I go in, have a drink, if nothing is good, out in about 15 mins... I get hammered so quickly this way.
