Initial impression

Their showers are old but functional. After the shower, you change into the pyjamas they provide, and they direct you to the lounge.

Lounge massages
The lounge has two free massages with a 50 RMB minimum tip. I opted for a foot and head massage and tipped 60 RMB for both. Other massages will have their own cost, and an additional tip is required. After chilling in the lounge, I requested to go to the room where the fun started. As the manager walked me to the room, I walked past a girl who had the figure I desired. I didn't say anything in the corridor, but once I reached the room, I told the manager I wanted her to give me the massage if she was available. The manager said he'd check her availability and left.

This is quite typical for Chinese service industries in terms of top up bonus. He means:

Pay a top up 2000 RMB but 2200 (200 RMB bonus) appears on your account.
Pay a top up 3000 RMB but 3400 (400 RMB bonus) appears on your account.
