First and foremost, everything about this site - db, reports, forums - is simply awesome and my sincere thanks to the seasoned playas here who have made things so much easier for a newbie like me. This is my first time in HK, though I am only there for a day as part of a 11-hour layover starting from 6:30 AM. My idea is to do a couple 141s and hit KP as a closing point. Most walk-ups (or at least the ones I short listed) don't start until 11am-12pm, however in the newcomer guide, it says not to start mongering until 1pm.

Should I not even bother starting my 141 prowl until 1pm? The only thing with that is that I am not sure if I will have enough time to get my two 141 sessions and a standard session at KP. I will have to start heading back towards the airport around 4:30pm. On the other hand if I start at 11am, only to find my selected WGs unavailable until 1pm then I rather spend those 2 hours or so elsewhere.

Also, what's the 141 walk-up scene like on Sundays? Some decent ones I wanted to put on my list showed as Off on Sundays in the DB. Any suggestions on things to do between 8am-1pm.

I have already created a categorized list of 141s just so that I am more organized with my travel time and places I cover. Really looking forward to this visit.

If the info in the DB says off on Sundays it means just that.
Walk ups on Sundays are difficult to judge, even if the DB doesn't state anything, the girl may go to work late or
not show up at all - depends on their mood or if they need the money. Just make sure to go to buildings with
more girls and go knocking on doors. For Sundays don't rely on your list of walk ups !
Going to brothels like KP would be a better bet for late morning / early afternoon and walk ups in late afternoon.

I think between 15.00-17.00 is a great time to mongering. At least most girl will start working on that time.

11am is way too early...especially on a Sunday.  You will find lots of girls not in on Sundays...and you might find substitutes as well (if you're lucky you might find a good one)  But yeah start at 1 or 2 pm.  In your situation, I would concentrate on TST only to reduce travel time.

Maybe make KP your first visit, I was told they open 10am although your selection of gals might be smaller.

arriving 6:30am sun, leaving 11hrs later - 5:30pm?  That's tough.  You'll have to be heading for the airport by 4pm, which means starting your last session 3pm or even 2:30 if you're not right by the airport express, so it's tight.

Best bet is to pick some that are 24hr.  You'd have to wake them, but at least they're there.  

Dunno about HGs - you could call a day before and ask if they're free (say) 10am or 11am the next day - just make sure it's clear you're both talking am not pm.  And have at least one contingency plan.

Or alternatively you could call a 141 girl directly and make a booking the day before.  Someone like Shirley or Niki in Sheung Wan (not far from the Airport Express in Central) would be able to do that and is likely to keep a commitment.

If you arrive at 6:30AM you can get to the Nathan Road Subway station by 8:00AM.  Once there walk over to Woosong Street, and just walk around for a while.  I have seen some super good looking girls at 8:00AM and they are always soliciting old men, real old me, for some reason.  The area is interesting just to walk around and hopefully you can find something to bang.

The thing about a Sunday is that is when everyone else is looking also.  Don't get your hopes up too high of banging a particular chick.  I think what I would do is find a building or two where they have a standard of girl that you are comfortable with and visit it knowing that maybe you don't get what you came for, but you get something close.

Mongkok brothels may also be a good alternative.
