I had experience with Robodeli in 2022, and decided to go with them again during my most recent visit to Japan.
Booking is easy -- I used LINE to set up an appointment earlier in the day. I used Google translate at first but the agent can also communicate in English. Much of the website is in English so it's easy to understand what is available. While the standard operating procedure is to book a love hotel in Shinjuku Kabukicho, I elected to do an outcall to my hotel in Roppongi.
On the site, Milk has some bikini and lingerie photos that make her look hot, although the face is blurred. In person, the photos are quite accurate for her body (thin, spinner type). Her face is more average -- nice skin, smooth complexion, but a bit of a toothy smile like many Japanese girls. Still MCOT.
Milk arrived dressed in casual wear. It was freezing outside so heavy coat, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary so she didn't attract much attention in the hotel lobby where I met her. One thing to note -- she is quite talkative, which can be good if you dislike awkward silence with a provider. I do speak some Japanese.
Service started after payment on counter. I paid an extra 16k for "immediate scale", which means bypassing the usual shower routine, with the idea of getting to business immediately and maximizing the service time. In hindsight, I should have chosen the 90 min course which is only 10k more. A mental note for next time.
