The Hong Kong Police Force have already advised that uploading or distributing this clip would be an offence, and will prosecute if they find people sharing it. I saw the video last year and I can understand why people say that it probably wasn't rape, but I would not be bold enough to say that myself. Perhaps there should be a HK 'Crimewatch'-style program where we are made more aware of offenders and help catch them? Just a thought...
