I'm all ready to help and all for sure...but modding forum requires a lot of endurance and patience.  Don't let these shits bother you too much as you're here for the long haul.

My experience in these situations is that if somebody wants to be on the forum enough no matter how many times you may try to close freeze their users. They can justsign on again under a different e-mail address.

And then come the idea to block their IP and even then most users are using dynamic IP's that change quite frequently. So I'm the end you block a whole range of IP's for the ISP of that user....then you find you blocked a couple of other regulars who happen to be on the same ISP.
