Philippines, specifically Angeles city, however visuals may not be up to your standards especially if you have typical East Asian preferences. I used to visit A LOT between 2014 - 2019. Probably spent about a full year in the Philippines during that time, mostly in AC.

Pros:
- Known to be gfe
- speaks English so communication is easier
- as long as you make it clear before you pay the barfine, girls won't be rushing to leave after 30min/1hr. While chatting you can tell her you want to go have dinner/clubbing/whatever and most likely she'll be willing. Then treat her like a new gf and gfe should come easily
- only 2 hour direct flight from HK
- generally cheap, although barfines have increased over the years

Cons:
- visually may not be your type
- a lot of them are poor single mothers (even if they're 19/20yo), so bodies may not be top tier
- Angeles city is an absolute shithole, set your expectations accordingly. Apart from drinking, fucking and gambling there's not that much to do.
- reputation problems. If you tell ppl you're going to AC, ppl know exactly what you're up to, especially if they do a quick search online

You are correct bro, both AC and Brazil (Sao Paolo) you get GFE.  Rio, I didn't like, althouhj girld are GFE too.
In AC, I used to ask mamasan to get me a girl who has recently started and you get gfe, as they have still not learned the ropes from other finish and run pros.
In SP, my go to place is Cafe Foto, where you can pick up lots of part timers, and drinking with them you can assess if you click or not.

I found many girls in Bangkok TH are good at providing a GFE. I don't even ask for it, they just naturally seem to treat you that way. I was close to falling in love with one in particular with the way she treated me, even though I was just paying for short time fun.

I don't have experience is a lot of places, but my experience is that the really good GFE I've had has involved multiple visits. Thailand is one place where you could get GFE at most places, though its faked, you feel natural about it
