Some news channel here are talking about the new variant EG5 in Canada.

They are already pushing the idea of mask mandates, new vaccine and possibles lockdowns for the autumn 2023..

Canadians really like to live in fear.. yesterday i saw a woman with a mask walking outdoors..

What about covid news in your country?

ignore my acceptance - typed in wrong thread. My experience during Covid was : flexibility to workfrom home while driving to houses of disrepute fully masked and still get to DFK providers . Never caught anything. I guess I was lucky because others lost jobs and their lives.

Society will decide what it wants to do about Covid and I guess if a critical mass of people agree , even those who disagree will have to follow. I mean , Covid is weakened now but when Covid started , countries under reacted snd they will over react to compensate for it because of the horrifying death toll and initial denial. The fact that omicron is weak does not compute for people…..

I have personal opinions about Covid but I won’t express them here.  Because that crosses the line between talking about the general state of the world and discussing politics (not allowed here) and our mod twiceAWeek is watching closely as he should, because it leads to disputes. I advise you don’t do the same , but hey , what do I know. Look at old threads. Great bros got banned because they went full crazy with disputes that nothing to do with the poon market.. and mods had no way to control them.

The oldest profession in the world will live on….. and if I need to wear a space suit to go out and see girls, I will do it. I only think of the next girl I will DATY and how the view will from down there when I squeeze the milk mounds. I started mongering during Covid. The looming danger made sex more forbidden and pleasurable. During the delta variant, when a girl kissed me, I felt we in a Romeo and Juliet act due to tha danger. Just my experience. Not hoping for it again….. lost some friends during Covid though…..

I also remember the "tips for safer sex" during covid from BC CDC center:

"Use barriers, like walls (e.g., glory holes), that allow for sexual contact but prevent close face-to-face contact"

Every news channel here is talking more and more about covid now.. New variant, new vaccines this fall etc..

The  growth in number of cases on the new variants is real. My parents who are mostly home bound some got it and only recovered due to the antivirals they provide now. I wouldn’t say it is as dangerous as it was in 2019 but living in NY I find there is a large group of people in the Asian community and the lower income communities getting sick again. Stay safe out there wear a mask. That said I still went punting whenever the itch rises.
