For All You Guys that get BBBJ

I'm going to Macau for the 1st time soon, but am a little hesitant in getting the BBBJ...seems to me like all the regulars have no problem getting a BBBJ from the WG's, in fact most prefer it.
Of course I prefer it too, but I really do not want to get an STD and have to explain that to my GF of 3 years...

Question for all you guys more experienced in mongering, how safe do you feel it is to get a bbbj? and are there any precautions I can take to minimize the risk if I do go for the BBBJ?
