Browsing her PD reviews to glean anything useful, there are a couple 4 star reviews. By PD standards I interpret anything below 5 stars to be how you signal that an experience was subpar while still getting a rec from the provider(?). Speculation, perhaps like Uber ratings, on a 5.0 scale anything below a 4.6 is considered a bad score. Tons of glowing reviews, mixed in with a few that say things like "There was some confusion about the services requested" or "it was not a full GFE, but maybe YMMV" while still giving her 4 stars. Guess you have to read the tea leaves.
