[USA] [San Jose] Noob Org Screening Question

Hi all,

Sorry for the noob question. I’ve had full service at several AMPs (Lucky’s, etc…) but I’ve never been with an escort. I’ve read up quite a lot on this forum (thanks for the info!) and others. I would like to use FKG or SPM.

I understand that I need to be screened and am willing to provide them with the info that  they typically ask for. However, I have no references. So, I have two questions.

1) is no references an issue with either/both of these orgs and if so is there a work around? 2) How long will this screening process take? If I would like to book with someone before 1pm on a Tuesday, how early should I reach out to the PO to start the screening process?  Thanks!

1) It is usually dependent on the org if you need references or not. I've never been to FKG but for SPM, I had to take a selfie with a work ID while winking despite having references. You can most likely ask them if there are any alternatives for screening and some might be more intrusive than others.

2) Once they screen you, takes like a couple of minutes, then you can schedule an appointment right away. If it is the first time booking, most likely, they won't let you book in advance and will be on a same day appointment.

I am only verified with SPM, LSC and VF. It seems like they don't provide references. I asked LKS and PO said none of the three provided references. I think they are more willing to provide references before the pandemic. Now it seems to have changed. I am self employed so I said no W2. They were okay with it. But they all want selfie (sometimes with today's date on a piece of paper, etc).

Is there any way to get indirectly vetted by orgs like a PD account or something?

After having a PD escort explain it to me I do understand the process is literally just to make sure you're not a LEO and W-2's are obviously more reliable than LinkedIn but I honestly am not comfortable going that far due to my IRL career trajectory/goals.

I caved with one PD girl (which turns out to be an agency) and gave my LinkedIn. Despite saying they don't keep it, the the referred girl (*cough* B&S) who I actually liked enough for a 2nd visit was able to call out details from my LinkedIn on the 2nd time we met. She meant to flatter me but that made me really uncomfortable as she obviously went back to ask the agency for a copy for whatever reason.

With LinkedIn I retain some plausible deniability that someone stole/copied my profile to get vetted. Not so with W2's.

I also have a very similar question: Can I use my TNABoard references for K-orgs screening?

I live in upper west coast (Seattle/Portland), where, TNABoard is very popular. I am established on TNABoard with multiple references. Unlike Bay area, K-org is virtually non-existent in upper west coast, as such, I haven't had a chance to play with them. I will be traveling to the bay-area soon and I am wondering if I those TNABoard references I have would be any good for k-org screening?
