I've had excellent experiences at both Doki Doki and Mitu (which I'll probably write about at a later date) and wanted to try Kokoro too - I ended up being really disappointed.  When I went I asked for a lineup and chose what I thought was the cutest/youngest girl in the lineup - the mama-san (who was very nice) mentioned she was new but I wasn't too worried - in my experience at other Nuru places even the new staff was very well trained.

However this wasn't the case here.  Unfortunately she didn't really know what she was doing, there was no GFE, the pre-wash on the nuru chair thing was terrible, the nuru itself was beyond amateur, and both her bj and fs skills were lacking.  To make matters worse the room was incredibly hot and it wasn't getting any cooler.  The girl was nice enough and apologetic but that was about it.  When I left early (after finishing pathetically with a HJ) the mama-san asked me if anything was wrong and I chickened out on talking about and it and just said stuff was fine and left.

I've heard lots of good things about kokoro and I've thought about going back to get a more experience girl but this experience definitely turned me off (I haven't been back since) especially since I'm basically guaranteed great service at doki doki and mitu.

I might be convinced to go back to Kokoro if some particular girl that's recommended is amazing but I'd definitely warn people against seeing newer/less experienced/less reviewed girls.

Kokoro is pricier than the shophouse massages and service is key. This isn't an easy situation as it's intimidating to list things that went wrong during a session right after it's finished and you're trying to leave.

But if you left early, the mamasan wants to know why--it's her job. She definitely needs to know if the air-con isn't working. And if the service (nuru, sex etc) is lacking she needs that information too, if possible.

You want to do this without the new girl overhearing, so consider sending a message via LINE or email. Always, always, when giving negative feedback in Thailand, do so diplomatically. It's best if you can include a lighthearted line or two. Politeness and levity serve as currency here.

When the mamasan said she is new, that's mean inexperience especially for young girl.

If you thumbs up to every missing or lacking stuff, service will not improve and prices go up sooner than later since they get into the mindset of "all is good in the place and we are best now"
