I thought I give you all a short update on the (in)famous massage shops on soi 23. There are many located in this soi, just of Sukhumvit, close to Asok BTS. This soi runs parallel to Asok-Montri with Soi Cowboy connecting both. It's very easy to reach and has many great street food options. One of the best 'kao moo deng' stores of Bangkok is located opposite the MRT entrace, in case you're interested. Check it out! But that's probably for another foum, to manage different kind of 'hunger'
On this soi there are at least 10 massage shops that offer average massages, but will always offer a Happy End or more. When you walk down the soi on the Jasmin Hotel side you'll encounter most of them, and you'll be offered 'massaa massaa...' many times. The first shop you'll encounter is Kasuma. I went in there once, and I don't know what I was thinking but I took an older lady with big boobs. The inside of the shop downstairs is small and clean, and there are no chairs for footmassage (this is normally the indication that it is a massage shop that offers more than a normal thai or oil massage
). After paying the nominal massage fee to the reception, she took me upstairs. I was surprised as the quality of the room I went into was actually quite good and clean. Many of these stores are quite mediocre inside, and it's always a bit of a surprise how clean and private they are. After putting me on the table she undressed herself competely as well, which was something I didn't expect. Her tits were humongous and looked greatt, the rest of her was very meh... so I just focused on the tits. The massage was 2/5 (a 1/5 for me is someone who can't do a massage or is totally not interested). She was actually very kind and did the normal run down of the massage and offering the HJ in the end. I wasn't in the mood of negotiation and said 500 baht, which was ok for her (COVID times I guess). All-in-all not a very bad experience, but I might have been horny and lowered my quality standards. For a quick non-complicated HJ this is a fine joint. I believe she would have offered FS, but I couldn't be bothered with her.
A little further down the soi, passing the CRAFT beer garden (a must visit too!), you'll find the FS massage shops. The ladies are clearly younger and prettier here and wear more sexy outfits. The shop I visited here was called Sathiga (3rd or 4th salon after the intersection). Which again has no 'foot massage chairs' downstairs, clearly demonstrating the type of massage you're entering. Three ladies to choose from when I was there. All similarly dressed showing their cleavage. I choose the prettiest of the three, paid the lady downstairs the nominal massage fee and went upstairs.
In the shower upstairs she joined me, and started washing me. When she undressed I was somehow not really turned-on anymore, and she wanted to offer her services. I let her do the body wash and massage my dick, but I wasn't in a good space. We moved to the bed where I (stupidly) expected a good massage. This didn't happen clearly. She was interested in a quick FS finish. I was put off by this and decided to let her continue with the bad massage and have her to finish me with a BBBJ and HJ. Somehow I didn't like the factory style way of working here. I tried this place once more with another girl, which was a little bit better (because her body was hot), but in general this place was very mechanical. Naturally I expected this, but somehow when you're horny, you get a bit blurred, and hope for the best.
I will not visit this place again, and go for a more quality massage (see my post on Rakuten), or for a proper FS place and pay more.
Hope this experience is helpful when you visit Bangkok or live here and never experienced soi 23 before.
