Tobita shinchi is great but very expensive and you get less time, but some of the girls there could be supermodels.  But I actually prefer Matsushima Shinchi near Kujo station, there are also super hot girls to be found there and you get a shower and 30 mins. Friendly atmosphere as well. It is cheaper and most offer BBBJ also.

I believe if you cannot speak good Japanese, the girl won't serve you that good as they could not communicate in other language.

There are three in the downtown, Tobita, Matsushima and Imazato. Three more in nearby cities within 45 min. by train from Nanba: Kannami Shinchi in Amagasaki, Shinodayama Shinchi in Izumi and Takii Shinchi in Moriguchi. If budget is your concern, Shinodayama is the cheapest.
As you can speak Japanese, other than Shinchi there are many other choices in Dotonbori, Kita no Shinchi (Umeda) and Kyobashi.
