Nowadays EE can be very hard for a newbie with a lot of scam and high price. I have romanian friends who told me better fuck romanians girls in the FKKs instead of come fuck them in Romania. Sure locals will get the best pussy for a cheap price, but we are not locals and not speak the lingo. Privat in Prague are not cheap anymore. Budapest have a lot of incall girls, but many of them dont speak english and want only Hungarian customers. Bulgaria and Poland are not the best places for our hobby. Stunning girls in the nightlife in Kiev/Odessa and Minsk but not cheap.... And alot of scam with the online P4P dating. Anyway, heyplzheplme, you didn't say what is a cheap price for you....
