I had booking....booked at 12 for 3pm onwards....np...ok...

Showed up at 2.55pm.....phone not reachable......tried calling upto 4pm and aeven after Candy punt....no joy...

I also have the same experience yesterday. By luck, I have personal contact from their another staff.
Actually, they were all off duty yesterday. Also the booked girl send sms to me last night and saying "sorry" .
