Some are clearly preferred based upon their reliability and product consistency. This said, will someone kindly explain: 1. How do you find the Agent? 2. Is there a specific section on this website just for them? 3. A brief introduction to Agent use would be greatly apreciated! My thanks.

Maybe the mods could include this info on some of the HG guidelines? Technology is changing every day, many forum members are having a hard time keeping up and questions like this pop up every month (no offence to OP at all, I was as new as you at one point and had to do way too much research to find my way as well).
