Reaching out to seasoned and experienced members for their input. Being around the world what's the best place place to monger econimally? Best bang for for buck with reasonable reliability and safety? I'd like to travel to a place and not wake up in an icy bathtub somewhere.

I’m not the most experienced, but I’d probably say Hong Kong. If you’re looking for quality, selection, and safety at a decent price... you probably can’t get better than HK.

Despite the protests, the city is still very safe overall. Even shady looking places are pretty safe. Mongering is legal, and you can browse the buildings until you find exactly what you want at the price you want as long as your expectations are completely ridiculous. I’ve seen some amazing looking girls for a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere.

Of course... mainland China is cheaper... but it isn’t legal. Although the risks aren’t too high, it’s still much higher in regards to both personal safety and legal risk.

Now with the Wuhan virus, there are not many places you can go. Have not been to many places but from my experience, Pattaya was the place to monger. Unlimited choices, from dirt cheap to expensive, all day long take outs from TF, soi-6, gogo, soapy, Gentlemen clubs, coconut bar, etc.
Pattaya is also a safe place to go, just don't do stupid things.

I've never been but from my research most people suggest Manila as the best bang for the buck.  My personal recommendation of all the places I've been is probably Pattaya/Bangkok in terms of price/quality/service.

If you are that paranoid about waking up in a bathtub full of ice.  Then I recommend that you give up this hobby and settle down with a decent girl.  In all honestly that sort of thing never happens in HK, the worst is that you end up getting robbed of all the cash that is on your person.  You may get beaten up by a girl's pimp.  But that is worst case scenarios.

Did you hear any story like that where people got beat up by a pimp for no reason whatsoever (in HK of course)?

All of this info is pre-corona:

Angeles City, Philippines - barfines around 2500-3500 PHP (350- 550 HKD). With that you get a young pinay who you can spend a few hours with. If you build good rapport, they may be willing to spend the night. Expected tip is around 0 - 500 PHP, depending on service. Once you spend some time in the city, you'll build up a contact list and can get girls delivered to your room. Cost ~ 1000-1500 PHP.

Jakarta, Indonesia - at Classic/Travel spa you can get 1 shot/45 min for ~350,000 IDR (180 HKD). Expected tip ~100-200k IDR. You can also get 2 girls for ~550k IDR, but of course girl tips are doubled.

HCMC, Vietnam - If you're ok with just BJs you can get a nice viet girl to service for 400k VND (135 HKD) in district 1. Places like Bennys & NPK street. I hear 400k is in fact the foreigner price and locals can get it for 150-200k but I can't speak viet so...

Frankfurt, Germany - If you like European girls (specifically Romanian) FKKs are the ultimate pleasure. Taking Shark FKK (recognized as having the biggest selection & quality of girls) as an example. Girl prices are 50 EUR/30 minutes (430 HKD). For this price you get basic service, CBJ & finish in condom. At 100 EUR/60 min you can start getting DFKs & GFE. Angeles City - avoid the christian holidays, christmas/easter time. this is the time most girls go back to their provinces so choices on the ground would be extremely limited. Also check the weather as the philippines has a rainy season (although during this time competition from other mongers will be lowered so this might actually be a good time to visit for you).

Jakarta - Similarly I would avoid ramadan month. same reasons.

HCMC - again, CNY is a good time to avoid. Also because the number of chinese tourists during this time can be a bit crazy.

Frankfurt - late december - mid jan is a good time to avoid. frankfurt has conventions throughout the year, and during this time there'll be a ton of transient businessmen in the city, which directly translates to a significant number of customers in the FKKs. Otherwise, summer time (excluding holiday periods) is good because the girls will be enjoying the weather naked (swimming/tanning). But for this I've only ever been able to visit in early December for work reasons. Nevertheless, I've always enjoyed my time there.

As you mentioned, safety is first and foremost.  A cheap punt is worthless if you end up in the hospital or with horrible health issues, or get beat up!  Or lose a kidney, LOL!  

I personally value quality/looks/sexual desire more than cost, so I am not always looking for the cheapest punt.  Nevertheless, there are some great spots worldwide for very economical punts with hot-looking ladies.

1)  Medellin / Bogota, Colombia.  I have never been there, but my colleague who is the epitome of a cheap-ass punter LOVES it there.
2)  Costa Rica. LOTS of women, lots of punting opportunities; intel also from my colleague.
3)  Pattaya / Bangkok:   Well known for punting, price is very reasonable.
4)  Montreal, Canada:  French-Canadian women are some of the best looking in the world, punting heaven in my opinion.
5)  Kiev, Ukraine:  Another suggestion from my colleague, I've never been.
6)  Angeles City, Philippines. Never been, but I read about this city all the time.  On my to-do list.
7)  Asuncion, Paraguay:  Secret punting heaven, women are beautiful, and the Paraguay economy is not good, so monetary conversion rate works in  your favor.
