Was bored so went out to pass the time and decided to head do a quickie at either Fuji or Phoenix. Headed to Phoenix first since it is more convenient and found a couple good looking MILFs on the 5th floor. Decided to pass this time to head to Fuji and see if the intel about it being dead is true. Turns out, not really dead as more floors are being filled up now and the construction work seems to be proceeding smoothly. Went up to the fancy 22/F, rung the first doorbell and saw an average looking Chinese lady standing there. Was average in all aspects so I left and went up and down the building a few times to see if there were any others that caught my eye. Didn't check out the 2nd floor though which in hindsight was a mistake since I saw some $800 signs there and I was in the mood for a Russian. Anyway, headed back up to the 22/F and went into the room. She showered with me and beckoned me onto the bed. Gave me a catbath which I always (probably why she didn't rank lower on the service ranking), BJ and into Cowgirl, Missionary, and finishing in Doggy. Took around 10 minutes and left immediately feeling a little disappointed and dirty.

Overall, a good release of tension but nothing near a memorable experience. This is only my second time on the top floor of Fuji and found that both times the girls there are clock watchers, much more expensive for a more shorter session and didn't offer anything extra compared to the girls on the lower floors. Does anyone know why this is?

Ending off this report with an intel summary:

- Fuji building seems to be reviving with the lower floors filling up somewhat though nowhere near pre-pandemic levels. There may be Russians there on the 2/F but unconfirmed since I only saw the $800 marker and the welcome sign.

- Phoenix is still strong with the veterans and MILFs still offering their services and is probably my go to place along with JSL.
