Since I was kinda bored out of my mind, I went scoping around to see what was available in three different places. Here are my findings so you bastards will get an idea of where to punt (least favorite to favorite)

1. Fuji

This place is DEAD. Started from the top all the way to the bottom and met all 3 WGs. Not only that, but they are renovating the place so there's construction shit everywhere. All Chinese. Ignore.

2. Parkes

This place is always hit or miss. Had my favorite thick Thai here (her name was Arisa in case you run into her in the future). Only go to floors 2 and 8. 2F is pretty dead with 2 WGs, but had waiting sign. 8F has two corridors opened, but not many rooms available as well. I think this place is well liked by locals. Usually Thai girls (Chinese girls on 5F, but I don't fancy them)

3. Pilkem

Be rest assured, you will always find at least one rusky here. 2F opened up, but it's pretty dead. 1F is where most everything is. Thais and Ruskies abound, but honestly didn't see anything that was amazing. Note: had one of the best rusky experience in this place last year. You can check it out and see if they are your COT.

4. King Hing

Not the worse, but this place has died down as well. There's, on average, a few girls per floor even with a lot of corridors closed down. Quality here is nothing to brag about though. A few ruskies (one chubby and one skinny from the doors I opened), a few Thais and others are Chinese.

5. JSL

My most visited place and in my opinion, the place with the best selection between these buildings. IMO, the best floors right now are 2F (206 and 208 are the only ones open with the former having the most selection) and 4F (402 has 4 rooms with WGs and the corridor that's on your first left of the elevator. Super busy with lots of bros waiting for doors to open up. I don't do the waiting game, but every time I go here, I see dudes waiting for their specific WG. Again, selection isn't the best right now, but for what it's worth it's better than all the other buildings I mentioned.

JSL: Quite busy, mostly floors 2/3/4 and 6. Expect a lot of other people and few doors available.
King Hing: Visited this Saturday, sad state of affair. Occupancy really took a hit over the last week. Rough estimate abt 30 rooms occupied, mostly top floors, mostly thais.
136 sai yeung choi st south: most rooms are occupied, saw some good looking ones but they tried to upsell so i passed

Fuji: Actually surprised, at least 2-4 girls on each of the top 10 floors. Lots of people, few available, nothing super interesting, mostly middle aged chineses
Phoenix apt: lots of occupied rooms, only few available, mostly middle aged chinese from what i saw.
hop yee: Dead. Only like 5 rooms busy overall

Short update for today (May 1st) around CWB:

Fuji: MOST of the lower to middle floors are now under construction (no girls at all, or just 1 girl at most).  Higher floors have more girls, but a lot of them I've recognize from before so they're probably locals.  Surprisingly didnt see any Russians, either they left or I missed them.

Phoenix: The usual milfier local ladies are still there.  Didnt recognize anybody new or at least none that caught my attention.  

Hop Yee: DEAD.  Went through every floor and literally only saw 1 girl (Thai) available.  She looked like she had a decent body and only charged 400.  But when I asked her what happened to all her neighbors she closed the door on me
