I played in the UK. It's not legal in HK (as far as I'm aware) and I don't got to Macau.

I presume you mean "Casino Poker," where the aim is to make a pair of more in three cards?

Blackjack is the only beatable game run in casinos that they actually back. As long as you aren't caught cheating then you should be ok in respectable casinos. Although if you hit them big then you cuold be asked not to come back.
While technically counting cards in BJ is not illegal if you don't use some device to help you, the casinos don't see it as being in the "spirit" of gambling entertainment. And yes, they could get a bit brutal if they catch you doing this or cheating. But I think the UK is better than a lot of places for this. Check out this:

If you want to win a lot of money without worrying about the house then poker is the game to play since the house has no risk. Although to win big, you better be good and have a serious bank roll that can take the swings.
I heard the best odds gambling game that you can play is punto banco for pure entertaniment purposes.

According to the article that was a loan problem rather than someone winning big. I don't think it often gets to that level of violence. Especially now it's big corporation casinos, they don't want to scare away big fish and tourists with bad publicity. Like how Vegas used to be a lot worse before the major corporations.

Still having the ability to win consistently is reassuring. If you ever decide to take a normal job then at least you know you can quit to do poker again.
pretty sick of playing poker for a living, it basically controls my life
Yeah bad, but to be expected as it's basically now your job. I expect being a porn star is a lot less fun in reality than it seem as a fantasy.

I think 5-htp means £10/£20 limit. Do you really mean £20/£40+?
