Sometimes I realised I get too excited and cum too quick. Especially the girls always put a super small condom over me. Given I’m like average size but that plus way too much foreplay makes for a fast release. Anyone have any advice on pills or anything of that matter

I never personally tried this but alternatively you can ask your doctor about low dose antidepressant (selective serotonin uptake inhibitors or SSRIs) that can make you last longer. If you don't want a pill, you can ask your doc about lidocaine spray that you can apply to the head of your LB 5 minutes before sex.

I took antidepressant pills before. It was to cure other problems. But i took it before and there was a big problem for me. I couldn't even hold the hardness. it just wont get hard. No matter how long foreplay was.

SSRIs have the unpleasant side effect, quite quickly as well (after starting them)  of losing any interest in sex, getting a hard-on, and worse, so you won't cum too fast, that is true, but due to being interested in and able to do, zilch. I tried a few for an insomnia problem and gave up after 2 days for one and 3 for the other. The worst idea possible.

ED drugs at 1/2 to a full dose, e.g. Levitra 1/2 of a 20 mg can often cause a much longer time to ejaculate, however at times, to the point of being completely unable at all.

I'd suggest to the OP a few things - quit watching porn and self satisfying all the time if that's the case because you run the risk of actual touch by another human fires the cannon too soon.

OTOH if the OP is not a true pornophile grinding it out 5X a day, then he could figure out his refractory time (time needed to get aroused again, say 2 hours) and rubbing it out a little less than 2 hours before.

But really it's a case of mind over matter. Basically if he doesn't come in 2 seconds while alone, it's not a physical problem. Shooting your wad just putting on a condom is pretty darn fast but it is the stimulation of the other person affecting the big head.

And whatever the OP does do not use the numbing creams. Maybe they slow it down, at the cost of feeling absolutely nothing.

I too have this problem but I have started using durex endurance and they really do help prolong the blast.

Are these condoms with a numbing cream in the lube? The idea of deadening all sensation using anesthetic creams or sprays kind of makes the point of having sex pointless if you cannot feel it.

Try the squeeze method, try thinking of distractions, try maybe being a little less ready before resorting to something that gives you no feeling at all.

I can suggest looking for dapoxetine (an anti-depressant, but it clears the system very fast).  You don't need a very high dose, maybe 5-10mg.  They also make these with V or C built in, and it is supposed to be safe to combine.  I've used them for a few years sparingly without any issues.  Take about 45-60 min ahead of when you want to start the action.  

I prefer using a small amount of C because it also clears the system very fast, V stays longer.
