Many years ago, back in the days, when agents used to advertise in local magazines for outcall Escort and massage services I used to call up an agent and go to Hotel Victoria give her the room number and the girl would arrive 10-15 minutes later. I used 2 agents in particular who I presumed would be vicinity of Victoria with a few girls because if the girl she sent was not my taste, I could politely decline and the agent would send another girl. They generally had 3 girls I could choose from.

One day there was a knock on my door and a Middle Eastern girl came in and as I was chatting with her... there was another knock at the door and it was a Columbian girl. So I had two girls in my room. It turned out that the Middle Eastern girl did not know English and came to the wrong room. Next time you're there you should ask them the rate for 3 people when you're paying for the room

You can alternatively book a room in a proper hotel using the dayuse.com app or website, since these hotels are busier and unlikely to keep tabs on who is entering or leaving the premises.  I’ve found deals to be around $300-400 which is comparable to the hourly use hotels!

Good rates.  Generally nicer rooms.  Plenty of time to arrive a little earlier or stay on a little later.
