#12 Post at 23-10-2008 10:42  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L I take your point that the forum is a lot more organised now then it was, however with the push to encourage more interation, reports and posts and turning lurkers into members I think that shouting down [what are obviously dumb questions to us] innocent queries from newbies will not enhance our cause.  Maybe we need to set up a meet and greet moderator.....a mentor as such to try and help the newbies through the threads?  Just a thought.

But in this case the question all this newbie had to do was to read the DB more carefully as the answer was in his face ! Part of my proposal for some changes in this forum will include a new section just for newbies but i can't table it until I get some answers from the Admin. Mentor mod ?  I don't think anyone will last a month doing this !
