#1 Post at 15-8-2018 18:11  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Thailand Ladyboy National ID vs. Passport Does anyone know if a transgendered Thai can have his/her passport changed to reflect their gender identity role?   I know that Thai National ID cannot be changed, so if you ask to see it, it will show original birth gender identification male or female. But how about passports? There is a Thai girl in Taiwan now, but her height is 168, her pictures look a bit ladyboyish, and she says she will send passport rather than national id.  It raises red flags.   Anyone know if a passport ID is the same as a National ID in terms of born gender? #2 Post at 16-8-2018 17:20  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L I think I may have gotten my question answered by a local Thai friend.  A girl, but not a WG, but someone who will meet me anytime I am there, she is really nice.  She said...  Passports are the same as ID. Male is Male, they cannot write female on the passport.  So... provided you believe the WGs passport is hers, then, all should be well.
