Pheonix vs Fuji "which do you prefer"

I'm contemplating with one is better for a newbie. Pheonix vs Fuji at CWB.
Has anyone been to the Phx Apartments recently ? How are the girls there compared to fuji ?
Which do you prefer and why ? Curious on what your opinion is.

Fuji rotates much more than Phoenix.
Fuji has more diversity with different races.
Fuji rooms are more mixed in terms of total dump to something decent.
Phoenix tends to be in the 30's and up range.
Phoenix tends to be more local with girls from China that have settled in HK.
