My friend arranged for me to go to a KTV through an agent, PM me for details.  Basically, the agent will arrange for group KTV (if you are by yourself) or with your friends.  He recommends a group of 4, room will be around 400 RMB/person, depending on what you drink and room availability.

The KTV he tooks us to is by Longhua, around 30 mins drive from Luohu area.  Once you get there, they take you to a room where you get almost 100 girls with their mamis yelling at you to pick them.  You choose who you want and go back to your room.  The girl will sit with you for 2 hours, around 200 RMB, to sing and drink.  If you want to bang here there, they take you to a room, where you pay 150RMB, and you do your deed, one shot.  After time is up, you pay her 400RMB and she leaves.  If you like her, you can do it all over again, or ask her to go out with for the whole night.  Start time is around 7 to 7.

So we went on the 24, and after choosing the girl, she looked nice but after closer inspection in brighter lights, she looked ok, a bit chubby, not much to my taste, but she was fun and willing.  After some drinks and singing, i wanted to take her upstairs, but unfortunately a raid had just happened the day before, so we could only take the girls out to our hotels.  After some debate, decided to just take her.

Skepti10: Quality is average.  Since price is 550 for two hours including panting... But to be honest, going there is to get a quick shot that's at a reasonable price, while h getting a feel for the girl first.

If you really want higher quality you need to go to other ktv in shenzhen area.  7/15/20 price gives better looking ones, but a lot of them don't give bj.  If you want model quality it's at 10/20/30, which in my opinion is way overpriced.

Hkindo: In don't get much time to go punting lately, but to be honest if you can get a group of at least four guys, there are better options than the agent I used.  He sold some of the services, but if you are alone or less than four guys, you can consider him.

Fakenamehk: agreed, CP was a lot of fun.  A girl I know days its best to wait till late March to go back.  Raids may be happening from now till Chinese new year, plus most girls are going back for the holidays.
